The timetable immediately below is our current timetable and will remain in place until Sunday 4 October 2026.
Our new timetable will begin from Monday 5 October 2026 and can be previewed further down this page. It includes our new Teen No-Gi classes every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00pm–7:00pm, beginning Tuesday 6 October.
