Rise in Unity / Ground Control BJJ delivers structured Brazilian Jiu Jitsu sessions for schools, colleges and Alternative Provision. Our sessions are trauma-informed and designed to support learners with SEND/SEMH, low confidence, attendance barriers or behaviour needs in a safe, fully matted dojo environment.

- Better boundaries, respect and positive peer interaction
- A safe physical outlet for stress through structured fitness and movement
